We deliver across Kenya. Nairobi CBD is often same day, Nairobi metro areas take one to two days, major towns two to three days and other parts of the country three to five days.

Delivery is charged by zone: KSh 200 within Nairobi CBD, KSh 350 for Nairobi metro, KSh 500 for major towns and KSh 650 countrywide. The exact charge is shown at checkout once you pick your county.

You can pay by M-Pesa, card, cash on delivery, or on collection at our kiosk. Online M-Pesa and card payments are being connected through a licensed payment provider; until then our team confirms each order directly with you.

Yes. Every product page has an Order on WhatsApp button that sends us the product name, variation and quantity so we can confirm quickly.

We select products with newborn-safe materials and list safety notes, age suitability and weight limits on each product page. Car seats, cots and feeding items carry the safety information at the top of the specifications.

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within seven days. Hygiene items such as feeding teats, pacifiers, breast pads and underwear cannot be returned once opened.

Yes. We have newborn starter packages, hospital bag packages and gift boxes, and you can build a custom bundle or create a baby registry.

Yes. Choose pay on collection at checkout and collect from our mall kiosk during opening hours.
