Returns and Exchanges
If something is not right, tell us within seven days and we will sort it out.
What can be returned
- Unused items in original packaging, with tags attached, within seven days of delivery.
- Items delivered damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered — report these within 48 hours.
- Size exchanges on clothing, subject to availability.
What cannot be returned
- Hygiene items once opened: feeding teats, pacifiers, breast pads, nursing bras and underwear.
- Diapers and skincare products with broken seals.
- Gift cards and custom bundles that have already been dispatched.
How to start a return
- WhatsApp or call us with your order number and a photo of the item.
- We confirm whether it is a return, exchange or repair and arrange collection or drop-off.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method, or as store credit if you prefer.
