Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm each order before dispatch and may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Kenyan shillings and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery is charged separately by zone. Accepted methods are M-Pesa, card, cash on delivery and payment on collection.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. Delays caused by weather, courier capacity or incorrect address details are outside our control, though we will always help resolve them.

Product use and safety

Follow the manufacturer's instructions, age ranges and weight limits for every product, especially car seats, cots and feeding equipment. Adult supervision is required whenever a baby uses any product sold here.
